This paper provides a technical overview of Leeds+Northrup’s Integrated Transport Control System (ITCS) for the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation’s Automatic Train Protection Project. The ITCS is a fully integrated control and communications system that provides train control, electrical power control, passenger information, voice communications and train radio communications.
